Where to begin...
Hi
I am a fairly random part of the South Dublin scene. I am musical, scholastic, a little sporty, a bit nerdy (I am on Lj afterall), & since I got broadband I have been on the pc a lot. Especially since the start of the summer anyway. Next year is my last year of second level education, so I only plan to use the pc at weekends.
I am fond of my pc's media collection. I have about 3000 songs on my pc, & 220+ Videos/Clips/Movies/Music Videos. I bring music & sometimes Videos around with me on Cds, basically everywhere I go. For this reason I think of myself as a media nerd of sorts.
I am always on my band's website, & tell people about it constantly, which isn't so cool but oh well. I like people to hear our music. I play guitar, have done since '99 or so. I can play bass to a basic extent, & drums also. I have recently began to play the drums, but my main musical prowess is in guitar & singing. I am co-lyricist in my band too, & co-songwriter too.

Time for an update about me, it's about a year since I wrote the original one above. Here goes..
Hi!
I'm finished school now, going into my 1st year of University this October. I'm still into a lot of what I used to be, in that I'm still in the silly-named band, 'The Fonix Monkies' (who are in the middle of recording at the moment... it's taking quite a while though).
Other things to know: I'm one of the only non-drinkers in Dublin that I know, & I've been a Vegetarian since the end of Secondary School (late June 2005), & as of midway through the recent holiday to Spain, I'm now Straight-Edge too. So College probably won't be the crazy adventure for me that it is for most, but that's fine by me. Drinking never did much for me anyway, so I stopped about 13 months ago.
